In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "wcc99", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to wcc99 and its operating entity, duly licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the wcc99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the wcc99 platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to any applicable conditions.

wcc99 also maintains a Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the binding agreement between you and wcc99.

To access the real-money Services offered by wcc99, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• Each individual may register only one account on the wcc99 platform. Multiple accounts per person, per household address, or per shared device are strictly prohibited. wcc99 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts and will take enforcement action, including forfeiture of balances, upon detection.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wcc99 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. wcc99 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• You must notify wcc99 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your wcc99 account.
• wcc99 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason for such refusal.

The wcc99 platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is a non-negotiable requirement and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction or nationality.

wcc99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as required under its international gaming license and anti-money-laundering obligations. All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. KYC verification may also be triggered at any time by wcc99 at its discretion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

Player funds are held in accounts segregated from wcc99 operating capital. This segregation is maintained in accordance with the requirements of wcc99's international gaming license and is designed to protect player balances from the company's own financial liabilities.

wcc99 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and loyalty programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated time period will be forfeited without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wcc99 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using a wcc99 account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through any associate, proxy, or shared device;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;

• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits, or any other conduct that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law;
• Colluding with other players at live dealer tables or poker rooms to gain an unfair advantage;
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to compromise the security or source code of the wcc99 platform;
• Systematically exploiting promotions or bonuses in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of the offer, as determined by wcc99 at its sole discretion.

wcc99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity;
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming framework;
• Regulatory, compliance, or licensing requirements that necessitate account restriction;
• Inactivity for a period of time as specified in wcc99's dormant account policy.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance — may be forfeited. Where closure is at the player's own request or due to inactivity, the verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via their most recently used payment method after identity verification.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting wcc99 customer support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five business days.

wcc99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all eligible players. The following tools are available to all registered wcc99 account holders at no charge and can be activated directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by the player. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check: Time-based notifications can be configured to remind players of elapsed play time during a session.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wcc99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

Any unauthorised use of wcc99 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wcc99 excludes liability for any loss or damage of any nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, except where such liability arises from wcc99's own fraud or wilful misconduct.

In particular, wcc99 is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or platform outages;
• Incorrect information displayed due to data feed errors in live sports betting markets;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from breaches by you;
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of your use of the wcc99 platform;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or other service suppliers integrated into the wcc99 platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits wcc99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

wcc99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — wcc99 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the wcc99 platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to the Terms, your sole remedy is to cease using the wcc99 platform and close your account. If you have a verified Real Money Balance at the time of closure, it will be returned in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the wcc99 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wcc99 holds its international gaming license.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. First Contact: All disputes should first be raised with wcc99 customer support by contacting [email protected]. wcc99 will acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and aims to resolve them within five business days.
2. Internal Escalation: If the initial response does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate to wcc99's compliance team by clearly stating the nature of the unresolved issue and your preferred resolution.
3. Independent ADR: If a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting wcc99's internal process, you may refer the matter to the independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body designated under wcc99's licensing authority. Details of the applicable ADR body will be provided upon request.
